Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), known for its modern facilities; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position in the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division will be based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany). In this role, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance for racing and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission
* Support the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and workshop
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects (including monitoring)
* Support department management in budget planning for ERS projects
* Coordinate cross-departmental testing and deployment planning for ERS components
* Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams
* Participate in optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, with project management or coordination experience
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
