We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Cumbria. This is a fantastic role for those looking to gain experience before moving into teaching or education.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
* Support learners and maintain a positive classroom environment
* Report back to teaching staff as required
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (education or youth work ideal)
* Confident classroom presence
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain routines
* Being a car driver would be extremely beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
