Base Location: Newcastle / Remote working
Rates: £12.21 per hour inside IR35 PAYE
Working pattern: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

About the Role
This role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You\ll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for basic sifting of candidates/applications
* Interview scheduling
* Customer service and communication via email, phone and text
* You will updating trackers and the recruitment system
* Administrative support (full training provided)
* Basic reporting - pulling data from systems
* You will support central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub
Requirements
Essential
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
* Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
* Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Comfortable working remotely and independently
* Reliable, ethical, and proactive
* Able to handle high volumes of work
Desirable
* Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
* Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
