Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Account Handler, you'll be the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all planned maintenance and remedial works are coordinated effectively.
* Coordinate planned maintenance and remedial works with engineers and clients
* Ensure follow-up tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Deliver services within agreed KPI deadlines
* Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries
* Manage emergency call-outs in line with contractual KPIs
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including occasional site visits
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record maintenance
* Process documentation in line with company procedures
* Provide support across the wider Service Support Team
Knowledge And Experiences
* Outstanding customer service skills: articulate, professional, and empathetic
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Able to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
* A team player who's also comfortable working independently
