Opportunities in key northern cities) Salary: TBC (dependent on experience) Your Mission: To be the conductor of an exciting, inspiring, and profitable Glass Onion store, making it the go-to destination for "the brand new second hand". About The Role: We’re on a mission to make sustainable fashion accessible and aspirational, and we're looking for passionate retail leaders to drive our expansion in the North. As a Glass Onion Store Manager, you are the heart of your store. This isn’t a back-office job; you’ll be leading from the shop floor, creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere, and making your store a vibrant hub for the local fashion community. Your core purpose is to "deliver the numbers" by leading your team to provide the phenomenal service we’re famous for. You'll take ownership of everything from curating incredible visual displays to managing stock drops and coaching your team to be the best.
