We are currently recruiting for a Senior Global Reward Analyst to join the HR team. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Director, Head of Reward, in all aspects of the Reward function to ensure that OXB has a clear, equitable Reward offering across all global locations, aligned with our company values.
Your responsibilities in this role would include:
* Serving as the key point of contact for all reward queries from employees, managers, and People Team colleagues, escalating to the Senior Director of Reward as needed.
* Reward Strategy: assisting in the development of Reward Philosophy and Strategy, supporting communication, implementation, and embedding across the organization; building reward infrastructure such as pay ranges, bonus structures, sales incentives, and equity awards, including supporting training and communication.
* Driving the annual compensation cycle: planning and executing the annual review process, all cost-modelling related to Reward activities/projects, and salary benchmarking as required.
* Employee benefits: collaborating with brokers and local HR teams to manage benefit renewals, leading communication and rollout of benefit changes, maintaining reward communication materials, and managing vendor relationships.
* Company shares plan administration: supporting share scheme operations, preparing grant modelling, and handling employee queries regarding vesting.
* UK Gender & Pay submission: partnering with HR and payroll to source data, collaborating with external providers, and submitting data via the UK Government's Gender Pay Gap portal.
* Salary survey submissions: preparing and submitting external salary surveys, reviewing salary ranges, and managing the Compensation Module in SuccessFactors.
* Salary benchmarking and reward planning/modelling: providing analysis and insights to support reward development, including share plans, bonuses, and incentives.
We are looking for:
* Degree educated, ideally with CIPD or World at Work certification.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience in a broad Reward role, understanding employee benefits, pensions, health insurance, etc.
* Experience with share administration.
* Passion for data analysis and modelling, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Supplier management experience is a plus.
