Responsibilities
* Conducting building physics assessments and energy modeling for residential projects.
* Conduct On Construction Domestic Energy Assessments
* Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of the Building Regulations.
* Calculating Psi values for thermal bridging and providing solutions to improve energy efficiency.
* Collaborating with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable and energy‑efficient practices.
* Preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for energy performance improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in building physics or a related field.
* Certified OCDEA professional.
* Strong understanding of Part L and Part O Building Regulations.
* Proficient in calculating Psi values and conducting building physics assessments
