Lead the creative evolution of a fast-growing DTC brand during a pivotal rebrand rollout. You will oversee all consumer touchpoints-from high-impact growth campaigns to packaging-while managing a talented team of four. This hands-on leadership role partners with growth teams to ensure emotional storytelling drives commercial success for over 20,000 UK dogs.

What you will do:

* Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of four, including a Creative Lead and Videographer, while overseeing external agency partners and freelancers.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience leading brand and creative strategy for premium DTC or consumer brands like Gousto, Innocent, or Bloom & Wild.
* Exceptional creative taste and judgement with a track record of delivering commercially effective campaigns across both digital and physical touchpoints.
* A collaborative, low-ego leader who is comfortable making fast-paced decisions and working closely with performance marketing teams to drive growth.
