Work closely with recruiters to identify target markets and develop new client relationships. Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss recruitment solutions and business needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account growth. Promote Regional Recruitments services across the Commercial sector through professional and consultative sales approaches. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline management, and client interactions using internal systems. Support the commercial team in achieving business growth targets and overall company objectives.
