Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-2 Years PQE), Belfast. Our client is a a top-tier commercial law firm renowned for its expertise and market-leading position.

The Role:
They wish to recruit a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their dynamic team. A newly qualified Solicitor with previous Paralegal experience will also be considered.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, working on a variety of complex residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
* Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.
* Conducting due diligence, preparing contracts, and liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
* Providing commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients’ objectives.
* Supporting senior solicitors and partners on high-value residential and mixed-use development projects as needed.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver an outstanding level of service.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing or NQ with previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
* Experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to work proactively and manage your own workload within a fast-paced environment.
