Applications are invited for the role of: Senior Advisor - People and Culture As part of the people and culture team, this role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and optimising the experience of the school’s greatest asset – our people. Most importantly the role contributes to a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture where staff can thrive. The scope of the role is very much as an operational, generalist people and culture professional. Key focus areas of the role include: Proactively coordinating recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies and systems. Assisting with the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, projects and key initiatives. Assisting with fostering a positive workplace environment by supporting staff wellbeing, professional learning and engagement initiatives. Contributing to efficient and effective human resources administration and compliance. The successful candidate You will be someone who thrives working in a small, supportive team environment and who enjoys working in an environment where no two days are the same. You will bring: Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of key human resources concepts and legislation relevant to a school environment. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport. You will naturally be a team player and enjoy contributing and collaborating across the department and the broader school. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with accuracy, discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrated sound judgement in decision making and advising others.
