Our client, a company that designs and manufactures bespoke products and offers solutions to a diverse range of clients on both large and small scales, is looking to expand its team with an additional Sales Coordinator. This role will join an already busy yet supportive team.
The position is highly customer-focused, aiming to generate sales by managing existing client accounts, handling new customer inquiries, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming calls from customers, advising and selling products and services.
2. Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to strengthen relationships, increase order levels, and introduce new products and services.
3. Handle online inquiries via web chat.
4. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to establish and maintain contact.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
6. Process customer requests, including quotes, orders, and inquiries, with attention to detail.
7. Coordinate with clients throughout the order process, from placement to dispatch.
8. Attend trade shows and events, representing the company.
9. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times; issue purchase orders as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Additional Information
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch.
* 20 days of holiday per year.
* Birthdays off.
* Additional 2.5 days off between Christmas and New Year.
