Dungannon (Hybrid) – commutable from Craigavon, Cookstown and Armagh.
Overview
The role is for a Human Resources Generalist in an established construction business delivering projects across Northern Ireland and England.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery of employee training
* Coordinate onboarding of new staff
* Liaise with internal departments
* Support recruitment of new employees
* Work closely with the HR team as required
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (4 pm on Fridays).
Requirements
* Experience as an HR Generalist or similar
* Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Willingness to work a fixed‑term contract
* Ability to commute to Dungannon
