Customer Service Advisor - Wrexham Salary: £24,570 per year Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Overview A leading, well-established organisation in Wrexham is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing clear, friendly, and accurate customer support Log and manage enquiries through internal systems, ensuring all information is recorded correctly Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates Process customer requests and support the administration team where required Maintain excellent service standards, working to both individual and team KPIs Build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability Deliver consistent communication to ensure customers are fully informed throughout their enquiry Support the wider team in delivering a smooth, efficient customer journey Skills & Experience Required Previous customer service experience (office-based or contact centre preferred) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Confident with IT systems, data entry, and maintaining accurate records Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple enquiries at once A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others Team player with the ability to work independently when needed What's on Offer Competitive salary of £24,570 per year Friendly, supportive working environment Monday to Friday schedule-no evenings or weekend work Opportunity to grow within an established and respected organisation
