Job Description
The main responsibility of the recruitment consultant will be:Develop and maintain effective connections with important sources of recruitment, such as school counsellors, service providers, alumni, local reps and agents, and other business partners, both domestically in the UK and internationally.Plan and coordinate logistics for all program-related events/fairs, including information sessions, thematic webinars, local and international fairs, open days, and other recruitment activities. Arrange for book fairs, conferences, travel, and necessary courier services in accordance with the company's purchasing and travel policies. fostering strong internal connections with coworkers from many departments:London-based marketing, recruitment, admissions, programme office, and careers teamWork closely with the Alumni Association to connect with former students from both programmes on campus and across all the different campuses.Work with the Recruitment Manager to discover efficiency's and establish a retention plan from undergraduate to postgraduate enrolling, so that they can support our recruitment and admissions operations
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal candidate for the role will have the following:● Educated to degree level or equivalent● Must be a fluent English speaker and writer● Fluency in French or at least a good understanding of written French is a plus● Fluency in a foreign language a plusSkills in organisation and time management; proactive engagement and judgement; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work both independently and in a team with little supervision; ability to establish trust through active listening and a clear understanding of obstacles and concerns; excellent presentation skills and professionalism with the flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.Strong project management abilities and the capacity to analyse and interpret data are required. A student-centred, advisor-oriented approach and the capacity to handle numerous tasks effectively and efficiently are also required. A valid passport that is up to date and in good standing is also required. A valid driver's licence that is in good standing is an added bonus.
