They are looking for an energetic and highly organised Project Associate to join their small but powerful team. You will be a vital part of the organisations success and be responsible for delivery of the firm's mentoring initiative.
THE ROLE:
1. Programme Management including acting as the main point of contact for the Mentoring Committees and organising regular check-ins.
2. Project managing the mentoring process from start to finish. This includes strategy, establishing processes, comms and support.
3. Committee & Board Reporting. This includes carrying our annual analysis using a set methodology to provide board with impact reporting and using the CRM to provide regular KPI information & other reporting for strategic reviews.
4. Budget tracking all mentoring events and costs for the UK & International networks.
5. Event management start to finish for the UK, and assisting with international events.

8. Solution focused with the ability to multitask.
9. Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication skills and confident to speak with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Ability to build strong relationships.
12. Experience in CRM management, or a similar Project Associate role.
