About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at RX Global, your role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with our Tier One customers for our shows, Aircraft Interiors and World Travel Catering and Onboard Services. Your primary objective is understanding their unique needs and challenges and providing tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. By focusing on value-based selling, you help our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. You will also set a high standard of Sales Excellence across the sales community, leading and influencing the business and fostering a culture of best practices within your peer group.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, exceeding revenue targets across all revenue lines, aiming for double-digit year-on-year growth on key accounts.
2. Conduct regular face-to-face client visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Understand key customer needs and requirements thoroughly.
4. Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
5. Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers.
6. Act as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
7. Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain trust.
8. Contribute to generating new sales and converting them into long-lasting relationships.
9. Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
10. Use market-leading data to demonstrate the value of event participation and increased investment to clients.
11. Customize product packages to meet client objectives, including event participation, digital products, and sponsorship opportunities.
12. Stay informed about future trends and emerging technologies to confidently represent RX Global at industry events.
