The Role
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
* Support fault finding and troubleshooting activities to minimise downtime
* Lead and assist with continuous improvement projects
* Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
* Work closely with production teams to maximise equipment performance
* Support the implementation of preventative maintenance programmes
* Assist with equipment upgrades and engineering projects
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
The Person
To be considered for this Senior Maintenance Engineer role, you should have:
* Previous experience within a maintenance engineering environment
* Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault‑finding skills
* Experience working within a manufacturing or production setting
* A proactive approach to problem solving
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant engineering qualifications, desirable
