Job Outline:
We are looking for a driven Financial Planner (L4 qualified and currently advising with CAS status) to join our growing team in London. As someone who lives and breathes financial planning and has their finger on the pulse, you'll be responsible for engaging our community, helping to turn prospects into clients, and clients into ambassadors.
The Role:
· Build and develop trusted relationships with high calibre prospects & existing clients
· Deliver first class advice and financial planning strategies to improve client outcomes
· Develop engagement strategies aimed at our community and targeted marketing campaigns
· Identify and develop partnership opportunities in our target market community
· Proactively engage and win new clients and provide a first class service to existing clients

Experience & Skills:
· Demonstrable experience in creating new business acquisition opportunities proactively
· 2+ years' experience being a regulated financial adviser (Qualified and CAS status for 24+ months)
· Excellent relationship building with the ability to develop rapport and extract intelligent information
· Solid IT literacy and experience of maximising data on CRM systems
· Ability to understand data and use it effectively to create opportunities
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Confident communicator, independent thinker with a passion for collaboration & partnership
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
