Job Title: AV Account Executive

The Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start your media career with our AV team.
The AV team handles planning, booking, buying, and monitoring video advertising across TV, VOD, cinema, audio (Spotify, podcasts), and CTV (Netflix), serving clients like Domino’s, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, and others.
The team consists of 8 smaller groups, each led by a Director, a Manager, and two Executives, responsible for different clients.
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. Strong numeracy, communication skills, and an interest in media and advertising are essential.

Role Expectations
Post-training, AV Executives are expected to:
* Plan, book, and buy campaigns across VOD, CTV, audio, cinema with guidance
* Manage campaign admin: booking, tagging, tracking, reporting
* Update campaign status daily and report results
* Escalate issues to managers
* Create and send reports to clients
* Build relationships with media owners like ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Spotify
Ensure accurate delivery, attention to detail, and KPI management.
