Working Hours / Shift Pattern
* 6-day working week
* Tuesday to Sunday
* 9:00am 5:00pm
* 1-hour unpaid break per day
Holiday Entitlement

About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Associate to join a dealership based in Luton. This is a permanent position suited to an individual with at least 2 years experience in sales and administration within the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving motorcycle sales, managing online listings, supporting customer enquiries, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Customer Service
* Support customers through the full motorcycle buying journey
* Deliver excellent customer service in person, online, and over the phone
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Sales Administration
* Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales/admin required
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
* Process paperwork relating to vehicle sales and handovers
Online Sales & Marketing
* Upload and manage motorcycle listings online
* Ensure all vehicle information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date
* Respond to online enquiries promptly to maximise sales opportunities
Operational Duties
* Schedule and coordinate motorcycle deliveries
* Support showroom operations and presentation standards
* Assist in stock control and vehicle preparation processes
Customer Care
* Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
* Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry through to handover
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales and admin within the automotive industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work weekends (TuesdaySunday rota)
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Passion for motorcycles and the motor trade is advantageous
