Additional Learning Support Coach
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £29,000, dependent on experience
Hours: 36.5 per week, Monday-Friday
We are seeking an energised, passionate, and experienced professional to join us as an Additional Learning Support Coach.
In this role, you will mentor and support neurodiverse learners, motivating them to complete their planned learning and development activities and helping them progress confidently through their learning journey.
You will take the lead on our use of Cognassist, ensuring that every learner identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) receives tailored support and appropriate reasonable adjustments. You will work closely with tutors and employers to advise on support strategies, differentiation, and exam access arrangements, and you will deliver 1:1 support where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate, engage, and inspire learners to achieve their qualifications on time
* Deliver highquality support through both group sessions and 1:1 coaching
* Provide exceptional additional learning support tailored to individual needs
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to complete initial diagnostic assessments
* Use approved qualityfocused resources to deliver impactful learning sessions
What we are looking for
* Minimum Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
* A recognised training qualification
* An assessor qualification
* Experience delivering additional learning support
* Experience teaching Functional Skills
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload remotely
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
