The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders.

Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
Preparing and reviewing contracts and title documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
Meeting deadlines and progressing matters efficiently
Supporting networking and business development activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
Ability to work independently with secretarial support
Strong organisational and file management skills
Excellent client care and attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
Interest in networking and developing client relationships
