You'll combine a deep understanding of sport, especially football, with knowledge of the creators driving conversations online. From Champions League final nights to grassroots moments, you'll develop and deliver campaigns that capture attention nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
* Write, develop, and present creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with sports fans and audiences across social platforms, ensuring ideas are bold, innovative, and strategically aligned with client goals.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to craft and sell-in creative proposals, pitching directly to brand leads and ensuring buy-in through clear storytelling, cultural insight, and commercial impact.
* Identify and recommend top-tier talent — from established athletes to emerging digital creators — who can bring campaigns to life, drive talkability, and ensure cultural relevance.
* Work closely with producers, strategists, and account teams to nurture ideas through every stage of the process, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.
* Act as a key client-facing partner, building strong relationships, understanding their ambitions, and helping them deliver best-in-class work that drives fame and cultural impact.
* Stay constantly ahead of the curve on sports news, influencer movements, and platform innovations, ensuring creative work taps into real-time conversations and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a creative strategist with a background in coming up with engaging social media and influencer marketing concepts and strategies
* The ability to create and deliver talent-led, social-first campaigns, within sport, entertainment, and culture.
* Deep knowledge of sport (particularly football) and the creators shaping conversations around it, with an instinct for how brands can authentically connect.
* Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate creative thinking clearly and persuasively.
* A collaborative mindset, able to work at speed across different teams while protecting and championing great ideas.
* A passion for sport, culture, and big creative thinking - with the drive to help build the UK's most exciting new influencer marketing offering.
