Title: ER Advisor (Attendance/ Absence Management) Location: London, Hybrid Travel: travel to local sites on an ad hoc basis. Salary: £45,000 Contract: 6m FTC JGA are seeking a proactive ER Advisor to join one of our leading clients' team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, focused on reducing absence rates and supporting managers across the business. You’ll analyse attendance trends, deliver targeted action plans, and provide expert guidance on absence management, wellbeing, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Driving attendance improvements in high-absence areas Supporting case management and manager coaching Producing regular reports and a final outcome report Collaborating with HR and Occupational Health to embed best practices What we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of UK employment law, absence management, and reasonable adjustments Proven experience managing absence-related employee relations cases Excellent communication, organisational and data analysis skills Professional, empathetic, and confident coaching approach Desirable: CIPD qualification and experience working with unions or IR environments.
