We are working with a well-established construction group that is a market leader in the development and construction of affordable housing for rent and sale. W i th a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, this contractor consistently delivers projects on time and to high standards .
They are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support site operations and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing site activities and subcontractors.
* Support the Site Manager with health & safety compliance and quality control.
* Monitor progress against the programme and report on site performance.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on site-related matters.
* Help manage materials, resources, and daily site logistics.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within construction
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Knowledge of health & safety practices and site procedures
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
