Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations.
2. Project Management Support: Assist in overseeing various projects, keeping timelines and resources on track.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong internal relationships across departments to promote effective collaboration.
4. Raise Queries: Proactively address issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
5. IT Systems: Leverage advanced IT tools and software to track orders, manage schedules, and monitor logistics.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance supply chain and logistics processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
7. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
8. Internal Relationships: Maintain a positive and assertive presence, ensuring strong relationships with internal teams.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is essential.
2. IT Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
3. Strong Personality: Hardworking, confident, and assertive, with the ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain effective cross-departmental relationships.
5. Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
6. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
7. Hardworking: Dedicated to achieving goals despite challenges.
8. Experience working in a Private Equity environment is advantageous.
