Role Description
We’re expanding the team and looking for a Creative Strategist to come in, take ownership, and grow with us.
This is a hybrid role based out of our studio in Birmingham. You’ll need to be based in Birmingham or within easy reach, or willing to travel. There’s flexibility to work remotely when it makes sense, but you’ll be expected on-site for client shoots, production days, and key team sessions. If you want to be close to the work and part of something physical and real, this is that.
Day to day, you’ll be leading creative ideation across our client roster, developing concepts and scripts across video, static, and emerging formats, working directly with our directors and production team, and making sure every piece of creative we put out is built to perform. You’ll be close to the data, reviewing what’s working, what isn’t, and feeding that back into the next round of work.
This is not a brief-writing role. We need someone who thinks in ads, takes ownership without being managed, and wants to build something, not just fill a seat.

What We’re Looking For
•Solid experience in performance creative. You’ve worked on paid social campaigns for DTC or e-com brands and you know what makes an ad convert.
•You can write. Scripts, hooks, concepts, static copy. You have a natural feel for how real people talk and you can translate that into creative that doesn’t sound like an ad.
•You understand the Meta ecosystem and how creative testing works at scale.
•You’re opinionated about creative. You have a point of view and you’re not afraid to push back.
•You’re based in or around Slough or London, or willing to travel to site regularly.
•A background in a performance creative agency, DTC brand, or similar environment is strongly preferred. A degree is not required. Your work speaks for itself.
