Our client, a highly respected financial advisory firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team. You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver a seamless and professional client experience
2. Prepare documentation for new and review meetings in a timely and accurate manner
3. Obtain information on existing client products using Letters of Authority, generate illustrations, and process new business applications
4. Track all business transactions and keep clients and Planners updated throughout
5. Manage client transactions such as withdrawals, top-ups, and fund switches
6. Handle proposition changes, portfolio rebalances, and other administrative tasks
