Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Senior Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to expand our growing team. We have exciting positions in various care settings throughout the region and have flexibility around day and night shifts, whichever suit your needs.
Your role will involve…..
Delivering person centred care to our clients, assessing client care needs, administering medication, personal care, social activities, promoting independence, dignity, and respect as well as leading a team of carers and acting as additional support to the service manager.

Our senior care assistants and support workers will: –
8. Manual Handling and Mobility
9. Fluid and Nutritional Intake
10. Medication administration
11. Act as additional support to the management team
12. Guide and lead a team of carers
13. Personal Care
14. Dressing
15. Continence Care
16. Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
17. Participation in recreational activities
18. Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
19. Prompt and assist with medication when required
Education, Skills and Qualifications
20. Additional training will be offered to successful candidates however, 3 month’s experience working within a Senior Care Role essential.
21. A Full UK driver’s license is essential for this role.
22. NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
