As a result, Owens Group is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.
Shifts Available:
* Monday to Friday - 45 hours (half-hour break deducted)
* Start times: To be discussed at interview
Salary: £27,500.00
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Ensure customers are kept informed throughout their experience with Owens Road Service.
* Resolve discrepancies and enter data onto Warehouse Management System.
* Manage customer accounts and ensure continuous communication.
* Investigate and resolve complex or longstanding customer issues.
* Prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and liaise with drivers/warehouse staff to confirm all work is completed and deliveries are not missed.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Analyze data to determine customer service needs.
* Adhere to customer service procedures, policies, and standards, ensuring data accuracy and updates.
* Communicate courteously with customers via various channels.
* Provide advice and assistance on products and services.
* Create written communications using computer software.
* Develop and record feedback or complaints procedures.
* Build rapport with customers and colleagues, and obtain relevant information and documents.
* Handle complaints professionally and upsell products/services where appropriate.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Experience with Warehouse Management System (desirable)
* Experience at a similar level
* Proficiency in Excel and data entry
* Strong listening skills and geographical knowledge
* Adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Experience in upselling techniques
