Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of multi‑channel marketing and communication campaigns.
* Develop clear, audience‑focused messaging that supports strategic objectives.
* Provide expert advice and challenge to colleagues on effective communication approaches.
* Create and develop content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Use insight, data, and evaluation to continuously improve performance and reach.
* Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills, shaping narratives for a wide range of audiences.
* Have proven experience delivering integrated communications across digital and offline channels.
* Be confident working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
* Show strong planning and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
* Take an analytical, insight‑led approach to improving engagement and campaign performance.
* Bring creativity, curiosity, and a drive to innovate.
