Job Title: NHS Library Services Coordinator
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the Library’s NHS Team, contributing to our highly customer-focused service for a diverse range of users, including students, University staff, NHS staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local NHS staff to identify, develop, and deliver services that ensure excellent patient care and support workplace and professional development needs.
Key Attributes of the Successful Applicant
1. Graduated or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in delivering information literacy skills training
3. Proficiency in database searching
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Effective team player
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to engage with NHS users to explore their information needs. Responsibilities include developing and delivering information skills training, supporting materials, and mediating literature search services. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential.
