Admin Assistant Position
I am seeking an Admin Assistant on a full-time or part-time basis to join the busy Residential Property department of my client, an established multi-service law firm based in Tamworth.
The current team consists of two Fee Earners and two Secretaries, and they are looking for someone to assist with a range of essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Opening new client files and managing associated documentation
2. Providing quotations to prospective clients
3. Processing and verifying returned client documents, including ID checks
4. Assisting with file closure and archiving
Opportunities for Development:
There is scope to expand your role over time, including gaining experience in:
* Audio typing and document preparation
* Using the Land Registry and HMRC portals
Person Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a Conveyancing department.
Working Hours:
They offer flexibility in working hours, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
