This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will combine strong financial acumen, team leadership, and client relationship management to deliver outstanding catering experiences.
Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence - Lead and oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high-quality food and exceptional service.
* Client Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and exceeding satisfaction levels.
* Team Development - Inspire, coach, and develop on-site teams to perform at their best, creating a cohesive and motivated workforce.
* Financial Management - Take ownership of budgets, cost control, and financial analysis, implementing strategies to improve profitability.
* Quality & Compliance - Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, health, and safety.
* Innovation - Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development to deliver fresh, appealing, and client-focused offerings.
* Customer Focus - Monitor and respond to feedback, driving initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
* Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience across multi site contracts.
* A commercially minded manager with strong financial and business acumen.
* Excellent people leadership skills - able to motivate, train, and develop teams.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
* Commitment to high standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Flexibility to travel across the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
