We are passionate about helping our customers benefit from the AI revolution and we're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join the team and help drive our growth.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven person with a strong background in digital marketing and SEO. Someone who's excited by the challenge of making marketing successful in a global B2B business and who will thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

This is a varied and hands-on role in which you'll help shape the voice of a growing tech company, expand our digital marketing, drive lead generation, and be hands-on in everything from content creation and PPC to CRM management and outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing activities as part an integrated marketing plan for the business. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, and working with external marketing partners as appropriate, this role offers a great career opportunity in an exciting market sector.

Main areas of marketing work you will be involved in are:

Digital Marketing & SEO

* Optimise website for lead generation and sales support.
* Use social channels (focusing on LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and leads.
* Manage PPC campaigns and SEO.

Campaigns & Lead Generation

* Deliver integrated lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
* Plan and execute webinars, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
* Utilise CRM systems to track, nurture, and report on leads and campaign results.

Content & Communications

* Develop compelling marketing assets in videos, blogs, social posts, brochures, and other formats to promote product capability, customer success stories, etc.
* Create and edit content for company website, company LinkedIn, and partner channels.
* Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.

Data, Reporting & CRM

* Maintain CRM integrity and ensure data accuracy.
* Track KPIs across all campaigns, reporting to the leadership team.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.

Requirements

* 2+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or technology.
* University degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Strong experience of increasing digital presence: SEO, PPC, email, social media, video, and other content.
* Track record in successful lead generation and progression in pipeline.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
* Success collaborating with Sales, Product, and Services teams.
* Effective use of social media platform for marketing (particularly LinkedIn)
* Experience using video tools and Canva (preferred) for content creation
* Familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn)
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in data-driven marketing metric reporting.
