Read Motor Group is a family-run business, established in 2010 in Grimsby. Since then, we've grown to 10 locations across the east of England, driven by a commitment to customer care.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing & Database Administrator to oversee the accuracy, consistency, and performance of Read Motor Group's data systems. Working within our Marketing department in Grimsby, this role is integral in ensuring the business has accurate reports to support decision making across key functions in the business.
You will manage and maintain data across multiple platforms, ensuring information is reliable, up to date, and fully compliant. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help transform data into actionable insights that support performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the accuracy of data across all business systems (CRM, DMS, marketing, and reporting tools).
* Support data-driven decision-making by producing reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
* Ensure consistent data standards across departments.
* Work with Group Marketing Manager to identify data requirements and improve reporting capabilities.
* Handle basic Marketing Administration tasks to ensure department functions smoothly.
* Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve integrity and reliability.
* Manage GDPR compliance and company data policies.
* Support data imports, exports, and integrations between business systems.
* Assist in the rollout of new data tools or platforms and provide user support or training where needed.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a data management (automotive or retail sector experience advantageous).
* Proficient in database management and CRM systems.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Understanding of data protection legislation (including GDPR).

Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday - we would consider part time hours too.
