To lead and develop a team of General Managers to provide exceptional service, manage client and contractual relationships, ensure compliance, and adhere to company policies.

* Review labour structures, manage performance, and ensure HR practices are followed

* Proven leadership and team development experience across multiple sites
* Commercially savvy, organized, and experienced in budgeting and financial management
