A growing and dynamic business based in Chesterfield is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and expanding sales department. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team.
Your new roleAs Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal sales function and ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to a busy Sales Director and working closely with the wider sales team, your responsibilities will include:
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
* Producing complex customer quotations
* Intermediate level Excel needed ( including V look up)
* Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines
* Supporting commercial administration and internal sales processes
* Handling customer queries and building strong business relationships
* Producing sales reports and analysis using Excel
* Assisting with customer engagement and internal reporting
