Programme Manager - Energy Skills Partnership
Fixed Term: This is a funded post initially for the period up to 31 March. This could provide a secondment or job share opportunity.
Salary: £46, per annum (pay award pending)
Base: Stirling (Hybrid)
Having secured significant project funding, we have an exciting opportunity with the Energy Skills Partnership and are looking to recruit a Programme Manager.
The Energy Skills Partnership is a collaboration of Scotland’s colleges and industry partners established to increase the capability and capacity to deliver the right skills for energy transition, low carbon transport, engineering & advanced manufacture and construction & energy efficiency sectors.
We are looking to appoint an individual with drive and determination, someone who can take the lead in helping us deliver our ambitions across Scotland to ensure we are at the forefront of skills development for our priority sectors.
The Programme Manager will principally be responsible for leading on the delivery of projects focusing on the Climate Emergency and the Just Transition to Net Zero with a particular focus on Offshore Wind.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, positive individual with a strategic mindset and well-developed communication and influencing skills. Someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, finds solutions to problems and has the planning and project management skills, resilience and deliver results.

Interviews are scheduled on site in Stirling or via Teams on Wednesday 9 July, with some flexibility to accommodate pre-booked holidays.
