We put the customers at the forefront of everything that we do, and we are currently looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join our team on a permanent basis to maintain our exceptional brand. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will create exceptional guest experiences. Whether greeting guests or preparing bakery items, your energy and passion for service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

To apply, you should be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and friendliness
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing cleaning schedules as per the chart
* Following standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
* Reporting near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and wearing PPE when required
