Location: Southampton – Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 + performance related bonus scheme. Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends, no evenings.
No prior experience in insurance? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. What matters most is your drive, your communication skills, and your desire to build a career in a thriving industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset
* Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs
* Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value
* Work toward targets with a generous incentive scheme to match
* Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities
* Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented
Qualifications
* An attitude of “I will over IQ” together with a drive for growth
* Transferable skills from customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
* A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
