The opportunity
Working with our Case Management teams, you will have a diverse workload, enjoy a team environment, and have a willingness to learn.
Your new role
* Processing data, documentation, and allocation of policies efficiently and accurately for Managed Fund Claims, in accordance with legislative requirements, frameworks, and company policies.
* Managing administration, customer, and team tasks.
* Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
* Maintaining current company policies and legislative requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.
About you
* Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a customer-centric approach to optimize outcomes.
* Strong administration experience.
* Developed time management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident team player with a can-do attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
