The Role :
We are looking for a passionate Maths Teacher to work at our partnered esteemed Secondary Schools based in Ely. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the chance to teach Key Stage 3 and 4 students, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements :
* UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Child DBS (or the willingness to apply)
* Plan, prepare and teach a range of engaging lessons to enable students with varying abilities to progress through the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
* Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
* Reflect a passion for learning and drive ambition for every student in the classroom
* Creative and fresh approaches to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable
Key Responsibilities :
* Modify lesson plans and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Create individualised Learning Goals: Develop and implement personalised learning objectives for each student based on their specific needs and abilities.
* Adapt the National Curriculum to fit the needs of students with SEN.
* Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons that cater to varying levels of ability and understanding.
* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support during lessons.
* Foster a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive for all students.
