Role Overview
This Christmas, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers. At JD Sports, you’ll do more than just work the festive season — you’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career beyond the holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
* Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
* Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
Desirable Attributes
* Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.

Requirements
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
* Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
