About the Role * Salary based on experience - £30,000 to £35,000 * Bonus Scheme (OTE - £50,000 to £80,000) * Full-time permanent position * Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch) * Hybrid Working – There will be some hybrid working to this role once training is completed * Free on-site parking * 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increases with length of service) * Company pension contribution (increases with length of service) * Financial Services Academy – Allowing employees to develop their career within the wealth management sector * Company/team events throughout the year Duties/Responsibilities * Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products. * Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and regulatory requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. * Provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process, addressing any queries or concerns. * Conduct thorough research to identify the best mortgage options available for clients. * Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the financial services sector. * Write and provide protection advice About you * Proven experience in financial services, preferably within a mortgage advisory role. * Must have your full CeMAP qualification * Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyse financial data effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service is essential. * Desirable - Mortgage Advice (CF6) exam and Financial Protection (R05) exam
