About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across Early Years and/or Key Stages 1–2
2. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
3. Support children with SEND, helping to remove learning barriers
4. Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupils’ social and emotional development
5. Contribute to a friendly, caring and safe learning environment

6. Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
7. A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
