Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you’ll enable residents to live independently and actively. Daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. The role is varied and aims to make a meaningful impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate.
Experience:
* A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
* A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
