The Business Transformation team
Business Transformation is responsible for;
* Project Management
* Leading on Change in the organisation
* Assisting Service areas to undertake process mapping
* Using data to show areas for improvement
This role will focus on Project Management and Change.
About the role
As a member of the Business Transformation Team, you are part of a support service to the rest of the organisation and will be seeking out opportunities which enhance and develop our services for maximum efficiency, value for money, customer access and inclusion.
With the support of the team you will be a lead advisor on projects, and bring a fresh and creative approach to enable St Leger Homes to make improvements to processes and practices. This is an exciting opportunity to:
* bring about genuine improvements to the services that matter to our customers and communities
* identify and introduce technology which streamlines processes and improves the user experience
* Facilitate Change by working with all levels of the organisation
You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive team, with responsibility for assisting all areas of St Leger Homes to review their services and implement improvements, and you could find yourself working anywhere in the business. In the role, you are likely to be supporting the Team on a number of projects and leading on your own portfolio.
About you
Our perfect fit will be a positive, motivated, forward thinking and naturally inquisitive individual with the ability to work with people as well as having a good grasp of a range of technologies and data collection packages such as Microsoft excel and information systems. You’ll be comfortable leading projects and asking probing questions and have excellent active listening skills and communicating change to a variety of audiences. You’ll have the motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and, at times, tenacity to bring about continuous improvement and help make the organisation the best that it can be. Knowledge or experience of project management would be an advantage.
A confident communicator, you’ll have a talent for developing positive relationships and be able to bring on board colleagues at all levels as required to develop services that better meet the needs of our customers.
