The Role
A purely field-based sales rep role covering County Tyrone and County Fermanagh. You will be responsible for:
1. Meeting a number of existing business customers on your "ground" on a daily basis
2. Driving the growth of sales volume, the share of the market and profitability within your designated ground
3. Attending a targeted number of customer meetings per day in stores, including independent retailers and retail chains
4. Launching new brands and educating point-of-sale staff and retailers with a view to overcoming out-of-stock situations
5. Ensuring, where appropriate, that point of sale staff are educated, trained and fully aware of all products and price points and the importance of maintaining the correct range and availability of products
Package
6. Salary of £35.5K
7. Company car and fuel card
8. Annual company bonus of up to 10% of salary
9. Sales bonus scheme of up to £5400 per year
10. £2K of annual allowances, including daily food budget
11. 16% non-contributory pension, worth £5680 per year
